Who the heck am I?
If you clicked on the 'About Me' tab to figure out who started this random blog, can't blame you.
I'm just some random dude providing a point of view on events taking place in the good ol' USofA.
A little back ground on me. If you care. I am an Air Force Veteran, former Deputy Sheriff, former Correctional Sergeant, Division 1 Track and Field athlete (I wasn't that good, did ok though) and a proud American. I have worked and traveled across the United States, which was eye opening. I have been to Iraq twice. While I was in a combat zone I am not a combat Veteran. That title goes out to service members who actually patrolled and saw combat. While in Law Enforcement, I got to see the true side of the justice system (terrifying). As for Track and Field, I got to lift weights and throw things. Can't beat that.
So...why did I make this blog? Cause I hate being lied to. I feel like the only thing politicians, social media, and the media does is lie to the American people. I feel like they induce hate just because someone is different. They try to turn people against each other. They talk about free speech but censor anything that doesn't promote their ideas. It pisses me off that they do this. I also want to promote free thinking and thinking outside the box. I see a ton of people who believe what the media tells/shows them and take it as fact. It scares me that Americans don't think for themselves.
OK, enough ramblin.
I just hope you enjoy my site. I'm not perfect and all I can do is try.
